 All manufacturing and printing by CYCLONE is done in-house with the use of only the best fabrics and materials. Whatever we cannot obtain locally from our well-known established suppliers, we import. Given the fact that we are in control of the process from order to delivery we pride ourselves in absolute quality care and punctual delivery. Depending on the season, we deliver specific, corporate and club wear within 4 - 6 weeks from the final order.

Sublimation printing method is used which is modern and permanent and due to this printing method we are able to print on the entire garment. However it is a complex process. It's as much an art as a craft. Various factors determine the quality of printing - the positives, the paper type, the quality and type of the ink as well as the personal touch, which is obtained with years of experience. CYCLONE uses digital equipment to produce its positives to the exact specifications. Only the highest quality paper (supplied by Sappi) and ink (supplied by Coates) is used.
